Eric Emlet, Executive Chef Chris Glass and Executive Chef Eric Emlet bring you Pescado Borracho. High Tide Seafood Bar and Grill's sister restaurant Pescado Borracho is a follow-up project and adventure for the group. Emlet, whose maternal grandfather hailed from Paracho, Michoacan, Mexico has many experiences south of the border. His Heritage has always been in his heart and mind. The land, the sea, the people and traditions are subtly reflected in the food and drink. Always a second home, Emlet flourished in his time in San Diego creating his own distinct style by the sea.
